Order Cancellation Policy

At Fusionaccessories, managed by Mediafusion IT, we are dedicated to providing a convenient and reliable shopping journey for our customers. Throughout this policy, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Mediafusion IT, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to individuals making purchases through our platform. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and you may wish to cancel your order. The details below explain how our cancellation process works.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order or any time before it has been dispatched, whichever comes earlier.
To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer service team via email.
If your order qualifies, we will process a complete refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, you can still return the product after it reaches you by following the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Modifying Orders

At present, we are unable to alter items or shipping details once an order is confirmed. If you wish to make changes, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed.
