No, orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled. You can, however, return the product after delivery following our Returns & Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Email our support team with your Order ID, reason for return, and, if applicable, photos of damaged or incorrect items. You will then receive instructions for returning the product.
After inspecting your returned item, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, along with a confirmation email.
